Traveller / Tourist NewsTesting Area Only At This Stage...
Provider Bargains / DealsThis page is under development.
It is intended to be available to Providers / Establishments. It will be our #2 default page, which a User of TourismStuff will be able to select.
All enquiries through "Contact Us" or John Story on 0274-793-091.
Space For Sale To YouIn the near future this page will become the default page on display, rather than the "Explanatory Text" page.
There will be two types of advertising. Small blocks, and short words directing one to particular Provider/Establishment websites. It could be an event.
If you have an early interest and want to be there, then please either email us through our "Contact Us" click-on at bottom of page or phone John Story on 0274-793-091 for a spot in the middle section of our Home Page.
Kia Ora Welcome to TourismStuff. It is intended for use by tourists and others seeking leisure type activities, across New Zealand. The information has been assembled on a territory-by-territory basis, and then the system goes searching for categories/activities within a territory. Providers and Establishments to those categories and non-commercials places have been offered with the where-for-all to upload detail (text, photos, images etc) about such places. Once a User has selected his information, it can be stored in a User's Itinerary folder for later recall, notations etc

TourismStuff is not an accommodation booking system, however it does provide for automatic access to a Provider's email and website facilities. In a number of instances TourismStuff is the Provider's website for information. TourismStuff already has more basic records of things tourism/leisure than any other similar database in New Zealand. No longer will you have to go to a number of websites in a number of areas to get that information. TourismStuff is bringing it to you through one website connection, which also links to thousands of other New Zealand websites and booking facilities. TourismStuff can in effect become your tourism 'search engine' in one place.

How Does It Work ? On your left, (1) select and click on one territory / region area (non-bold) of New Zealand that interests you, then move to the Category / Activity section below. (2) select and click on one (non-bold) category. (3) then hit the "Search for Listings" box below. Within seconds the system will bring up into this middle upper area of the screen all matching information, whereupon greater detail (those with "I") can be displayed, just below in this middle area. From either of these middle of the screen windows a User may save selected listing to an Itinarery folder. Alternatively a green "W" highlighted record indicates you may select the Provider's website or email address and get right through to their website/establishment. (4) the selected Itinerary list items are recorded by name on the right-hand side of this user Home Page - Search Listings screen. Now there is another option. Hit on our "Total User Access" button, pay $5 for six months, and checkout ALL available TourismStuff websites...over 22,000 of them....and over 5,100 images of landscapes, it's people and New Zealand at large.
The Itinerary The selected itinerary items can be stored on a multi-user basis through one PC...family, children, dad etc. Further, the information can be stored on a personal basis on your computer, or alternatively on the website server machine which then permits access to the your itinerary from any machine anywhere in the world for the travelling user. There is no charge what-so-ever to be a Intinerary user of TourismStuff. As a User you will never receive anything of an advertising nature through to your email address.

If you elect to use our Itinerary system you will need to record a Username and Password, which are protected from mis-use. And for those Users that have forgotten such detail, we can also help. Users can selectively maintain their Itinerary content, date items, add notes, delete etc, on an on-going basis. From a User Itinerary header list (on the right of your screen), you may expand back into full listing and provider detail. You will not loose anything, unless you select Delete and Update. If you simply want to use our system to search and obtain information (including email and website addresses), then the Itinerary part of TourismStuff does not need to be used.
